A man of many talents, playwright Clem Martini is equally at home in writing for adults and young people, whether for live theatre, film or television. He is a three time winner of the Alberta Writer's Guild Drama Prize, a Governor General Drama Nominee, a National Playwriting Competition winner and is the Past President of the Playwrights Guild of Canada. His text on playwriting, "The Blunt Playwright" has enjoyed tremendous success at universities and colleges across the country. Clem Martini is a Professor of Drama at the University of Calgary where he teaches Playwrighting, Screenwriting and Theatre for Young Audiences.
