But what of afterward?Becoming a Friend of the Well conveys benefits tangible and intangible, and one would think that this is the key for Ralph and his new bride Ursula (view spoiler)[whom he had thought of as "Dorothea" in the first book, I don't know why Morris felt that it was necessary to do this to the reader (hide spoiler)]
